Church Services
Sunday Morning Service
10:00am - 11:00am
We hold church services on Sunday mornings at 10:00am. The sermon is based on a weekly Bible lesson from the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, which serve as our Pastor. The service includes a scriptural selection, hymns and time for prayer.
All are invited.
Wednesday Evening Testimony Service
7:30pm - 8:30pm
We hold meetings on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm. Readings from the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy are prepared to address the specific needs of the congregation and community. Attendees have the opportunity to share healings and inspiration gained from their study of Christian Science.Below are the instructions to join us via Zoom using your smartphone or your computer.

Reading Room
A Christian Science Reading Room is a quiet place in the community to pray, to explore spiritual ideas, read the Bible, study the weekly Christian Science Bible Lesson and to ask your questions about Christian Science. You can purchase the Bible, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy and other Christian Science literature. Come in for a moment of inspiration or an hour of prayerful study. Everyone is welcome.If the below Open Hours don't meet your need please email or call and we will make every effort to open the Reading Room for you at a time that works better for you.Scheduled Open Hours are:
Monday from 11:00am to 1:00pm
Tuesday from 11:00am to 1:00pm
Wednesday 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Thursday 11:00am to 1:00pm
Friday from 11:00am to 1:00pm
Sunday 9:00am to 10:00am and 11:00am to 12:00 noon.You will find:

Sunday School
What is Sunday School all about?For students up to the age of 20, it’s about discovering how God is relevant in your life. It’s an environment where you feel totally supported. Students can ask questions with their peers as they learn how to apply the truths of the Bible to their own experiences. A Christian Science Sunday School is a place to find meaningful answers to the questions that come up in your life, and to share challenges and healings you have had.For parents, it’s about giving your children a solid moral foundation - a spiritual framework that helps them answer questions about who they are, their value, and their purpose. It’s an environment where each student is welcomed with love and respect and is encouraged to discover their individual relationship with God.Sunday School is held from 10:00am to 11:00am on every Sunday. All are welcome.
Next Talk or Lecture on Christian Science
All are invited to a Lecture or "talk" on Christian Science to be held March 29, 2026 at 2:00pm at the West Charleston Library.The lecturer is Nicola O'Hagan, a Christian Science Practitioner. Nikki will show how the Science of God explains Jesus' healings, and teachings, makes God knowable and understandable, and provides humanity with a safe and reliable means for caring for ourselves and each other.West Charleston Library
